Growing up in Juarez, Chih I didn’t know much about coffee, I didn’t have any knowledge about its growth or what it really was… since drinking coffee was usually something i made at home using instant coffee, or one of my family members like my grandma made cafe de olla occasionally. But over the years i’ve learned, tasted and seen many coffee shop owners revolutionizing the coffee industry with serving specialty drinks in their own businesses, and building their brand with thoughtfulness and uniqueness.

If you’re a coffee lover like us, I’m sure you enjoy drinking your cup of joe in a suitable environment. When the coffee is good, then that’s good enough. But when the place is beautifully made and thought out carefully, that moves you. It catches you and I’m sure you’ll want to come back to that place 100%.

But here’s the thing, coffee is just like any other thing in this world. Some like it, some hate it, and few fellas love it. Like love it enough to learn it.
